+ CLINICAL PHILOSOPHY

The philosophy behind Specs & Spines Chiropractic is integrative medicine through chiropractic, acupuncture and active rehabilitation.

Chiropractic addresses the structural integrity of your joints, nerves and muscles. By addressing dysfunction, we improve your body's posture and alignment allowing you to function optimally.

Acupuncture is the technique of stimulating the body's natural ability to heal by inserting needles at specific points. Ongoing research has shown that acupuncture is effective at treating and preventing dysfunction for many different conditions.

Active rehabilitation is an important component of care at our clinic. It transitions patients from passive treatment to active strengthening and rehabilitation of your musclo-skeletal system. We follow the philosophy that movement and exercise is the best medicine. We will teach you how train your body to increase stamina, strength, endurance and prevent future injuries.

In September 2012, Dr. Koh joined the Inter-professional Spine Assessment and Education Clinics (ISAEC) as an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC).
